The Ellis County Hispanic Organization, ECHO,  is a non-profit dedicated to promoting Latino culture, arts, and education in the local community. By supporting our organization, you can contribute to school scholarships, community events, and donations to student groups - all while experiencing the vibrant spirit of Latino culture right here in Ellis County.
